Great location, cozy place. We had a wonderful time here. Check in and check out processes are very simple and quick.
Prime location, spacious home, comfy beds, large gas fireplace, big kitchen, smart TV, shuttle and village view lot access. We loved it.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids, and the proximity to Northstar was exactly what we wanted. The house is spacious and comfortable and had most of what we needed. One basic that we did not have was aluminum foil for our St. Paddy's day meal, but laundry and shower soap (as well as a much needed driveway shovel) were provided. Overall a great stay and recommend this house!
Our recent stay at the house fell short of our expectations, primarily due to cleanliness oversights and maintenance issues that detracted from our experience. It was apparent that the housekeeper focused solely on surface areas, neglecting crucial details that significantly impacted our comfort. Among the oversights, we discovered a pair of Tiffanyβs eyeglasses left behind by a previous guest in the bathroom, indicating a lack of thorough inspection between stays. Additionally, behind the toilet, remnants of small trash persisted, suggesting inadequate cleaning procedures. Furthermore, we found a used face towel in the upstairs bathroom, adorned with someone else's hair and indications of alternative use, which was unsettling. Further adding to our disappointment, a sippy cup from a previous guest was found in the bedroom, reflecting oversight in the cleaning process. Even the mudroom had trash hidden beneath the cushion, which we encountered while ensuring we hadn't left anything behind. Though we disposed of the used wrappers we found, it highlighted the need for a more meticulous cleaning routine. On top of these cleanliness concerns, upon arrival, we noticed a broken cabinet door, indicating a lack of attention to maintenance. Moreover, the WiFi connection was unreliable throughout our stay, causing inconvenience. To exacerbate matters, the extra blankets provided were filled with sand and dog hair, leaving us feeling gross after unwittingly using them. While we understand that the house doesn't need to be new, cleanliness and basic amenities are essential for a satisfactory stay. We hope that these issues are promptly addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.
Our ski crew loved proximity to Northstar. Pups loved the area out back to run/play in snow. Based on earlier reviews, we brought things weβd need to have dinner for 8 both nights. we did
