This rental is also conveniently close to the Trout Creek Recreational Center, Squaw Valley, and more!

There are no hot tubs at the property and unfortunately the home owner is not subscribed in the HOAs guest pass policy. No hot tub is available with this unit and the listing needs to be updated. was moved to another property hours after reporting a major plumbing issue that rendered all bathrooms unusable. property manager aware of the problem but still rented to us! give us our money back.

Overall terrible and disgusting experience . we left a food container in the house and go out, when we back at night we found a lot of rat droppings in it. We feel vomiting now as we have a lot opened food one the table and counter and we ate them already… the even worse is Vacasa’s customer service. We tried everything we can, email, text, phone call, but they just blindly kept saying they have filed ticket to local team and awaiting their response. But they never responded! I emailed them every day asking for feedback but they just keep saying the same thing. I strong not recommend this property, and even the entire Vacasa properties due to their terrible customer service.

Great location, Clean and spacious. We had 3 families with young kids and the place was great, plenty of beds and a large living area. There's a nice deck and open area for snow-play. Internet was very fast (500mbps+) for working remote and attending more meetings than I'd like during my time off. Kitchen is well equipped with the basics and some spice and seasoning. The toiletries will likely run out for longer trips, so plan to bring your own for stays > 2 nights. I'd be happy to return here for future trips if it's available.

The house was great and comfortable. The location in Truckee is perfect for quick access to nearby Ski areas. Over 40% of the final cost for 3 nights was for "services" and "cleaning". I would recommend finding another provider.
