Have stayed in a number of units in this area and this one is very conveniently located and nicely appointed. The unit does not allow use of its in unit laundry. Was padlocked shut during our stay.

We were disappointed with our stay at this condo. The condo was extremely hot because it faces west and there is only one very small overhead fan in the main room (not in any of the bedrooms) and there is no AC. It did not cool off during the night despite opening all windows. The biggest complaint, however, was that a key to access the pool, hot tub and work-out room was not provided (despite instructions on the location left in the condo) and Vacasa did not respond to us.

Quick to get as it's just before Truckee. Bedding and towels are clean. Cozy and warm. Limited kitchen and cleaning supplies. Carpet could be changed. Floors could be better cleaned.

When you first open the Door your greated with a stained dirty floor mat. Upon entry youn notice doors with hasps and pad locks that owner used to secure areas instead of installing door knobs with locks. All of bedroom carpets are heavily stained. Bathroom mat dirty. White master beadspread dingy and stained. both light colored furniture pieces in master bedroom dirty and stained.
