What a gem. Start the day off skiing Heavenly which is conveniently only 1.4 miles away, and end the day soaking in a hot tub overlooking Lake Tahoe and its magnificent sunsets. We had two families staying at their unit and it never felt cramped. I highly recommend it!
The unit was in close proximity to Heavenly.
We loved staying at Unit 469! What a gem of a find. This bright, clean, and spacious 4 bedroom with a loft condo had plenty of beds in each room which allowed us to spread out with room to spare. The kitchen was well-stocked so we could cook and enjoy meals in, and the condo is close enough to walk to a variety of great restaurants. There were plenty of wine glasses and new dishes so I guess the owners/management listened to the other reviews. There was even salt and pepper, but that may have been left behind from the previous renters. Grocery stores are an easy walk across the street to get food. Loved the decor and how clean the condo was. In fact, the condo looks like it has been recently updated with new wood floors and leather couches. Comfortable mattresses in all the rooms. The washer and dryer are a plus! And the proximity to the lake is great! Just steps from the condo is a wonderful hot tub that we had all to ourselves. Looks like management listens because there was a brand new screen door on the sliding glass door so we could open it when making a fire. With all the amenities, we will definitely stay here again over a stand alone house. This is an amazing condo and we will return for ski season since it is so close to Heavenly and in the summer to enjoy the lake with the wonderful sandy beach and pool!
My family and I recently stayed at the Lakeland Village 469 and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable—just what I needed for a relaxing trip. The staff were fantastic: friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout my stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the location—right next to Lake Tahoe and also close to the city center, which made shopping, dining, and entertainment super convenient. It’s a great spot whether you’re in town for business or leisure. I really appreciated the atmosphere and attention to detail that went into the rest of the experience. All in all, a solid 5-star stay, and I look forward to coming back!
The condo was great, plenty of space, clean ,and great location. The only issue is the lighting. The LED lights were dim as well.
This was a great condo for 8 women. We had plenty of room. It would have been nice if they left some salt and pepper and a wine opener. I left mine for the next group to use.
