Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This room was perfect for a weekend stay! It has everything you need and it is decorated beautifully. The fireplace is so cozy on chilly nights! The location is great, you have access to the beach/beach amenities, pools, hot tubs, fires, bbqs, outdoor seating, and you can walk on the beach to nearby restaurants. Heavenly Village is a quick drive away as well. I definitely recommend this room for a full South Lake experience!

When we complained about the cleaning status around the wall bed, they didn't reach out to us and connection kept cutting. Our switching rooms request was ignored. We are not going to use it again and never recommend it to our friends.

This was my first time staying/using Vacasa. It was great. Check in and check out instructions were great. The place was clean. I love that there was a full kitchen, although I wish it was stocked a little better. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was moderately clean, found clumps of hair on the bed and floor by closet. Toilet didn't work very well. Water kept running and barely flushed. TV did not work multiple times. Also was told we would receive parking pass but no one ever followed up to get us a parking pass. Original room that we booked had pluming issues so they had to relocate us.
