We rented this place during the holiday knowing that the price of the unit was increased. We were looking forward to spending quality time together sitting by the fire watching movies and sports. Unfortunately the owner prohibited guests from utilizing the fireplace and the TV was inoperable. Which in turn sent us out of the condo to local establishments for our entertainment and driving up our expenses. To make matters more difficult, the dog in the downstairs unit barked all day and all night. We went skiing at Mount Rose and came back to a sterile environment when we wanted to relax, it was very disappointing. I feel like we were mislead by the pictures and description on your site. I spoke with my attorney. She investigated the advertisement and suggested we ask for compensation based on false advertising. For the rate that we paid, the amenities in the unit reached a bare minimum. This vacation could have been so much better at a motel 6.

Fantastic stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. Great location—close to hikes, beaches, restaurants, and more. Loved grilling on the deck while listening to the creek. The host’s local tips were super helpful—Bowl Incline was a hit! Bathrooms were modern and the whole space felt well cared for. Would definitely stay again!

The furnishings were super comfortable and the owner provided all the amenities we needed for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. The 9 and 6 year olds enjoyed playing around the little stream in the back and in the snow. Would highly recommend this spot as it is in the heart of of incline village and super close to all the restaurants and ski resorts and lake.
