Mountain-side home base with fireplace, WiFi, full kitchen & patio with firepit

We were surprised at the spacious 3 rooms. Living room w fireplace, full kitchen with nice appliances, large bedroom w king bed and bathroom w tub. Kitchen supplies were funky and the place took a lot to warm up. Stone tile floors are cold so if you stay there be sure to bring slippers.

Everything is good with the property, except the refund policy. In our case, we booked the property for several nights specifically for snowboarding and skiing vacation. However, only 10 days before checking in we could get a forecast showing that there is still no snow and there will be no snow during our stay there. By that time the policy prevented me to cancel the stay and was not giving any refund. So I called the management and asked them to allow me to stay at the place at a different time later. My request was denied.

Lights too bright. Needs warm toned lamps. Heater in bedroom is too loud.

Very comfortable unit. Big rooms. Well equipped. Nice water pressure. Good shower temperature. Big TV in living room with all streaming apps. Another TV in dorm. I recommend and will come back

There was a full kitchen and a nice bed and some amenities that the website did not provide.

It was very quiet. It may look like a hotel setup, but it felt more like a ski lease home rental. No other guests around me mid-week. Peaceful. Could walk into shops and restaurants around both rotaries. Good Whitecap pizza and Chae-Pit burgers.
