Greatly accommodated our family for our weekend trip
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in King’s Beach. It was spacious, spotless, and in a perfect location—easy to get to and just a short walk to the little village. My husband does the Tahoe swim every year, and this year we brought my in-laws, so we needed a bigger place. It worked out perfectly, and honestly, we’d stay here again even if it’s just the four of us because it was that lovely. The management team really went above and beyond. My mother-in-law accidentally left her purse and neck pillow behind, and they not only found them but mailed them to us within two days. That level of kindness and efficiency is rare and so appreciated. Five stars all around—highly recommend this place and the people who manage it. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!
Loves the space and the bedrooms and the accommodations. Very close to the lake as well
This condo worked for our needs- family of six with three teenagers and an 8 year old. They loved the loft and access to the swimming pool. I will say we have stayed at other condos at Kingswood village and probably won’t re-book this particular unit. They cons: 1. It’s condo 1 and it’s literally on the corner of the main highway to Truckee (89) so just due to the location the traffic sounds are non stop. 2. No BBQ-we have stayed at others and that is always nice to have when you don’t want to cook inside the whole time and heat up the condo. 3. No early check in and no late check out- in fact they sent message after message about needing to be out of there by 10am promptly- and no ability to even use the shared pool before the 4pm check in time. 4. There were several things broken (closet doors, steps) and we came across multiple dirty dishes that had been put away in the cupboards. The couch pillows were dirty with what looked like chocolate or something in several of them. The pros were that there TVs in each room - the downstairs is pretty dark so none of the kids wanted to stay down there. They had plenty of pots and pans and dishes - and the main living space with the dining room and kitchen were light and open. But there are other condos in the same complex that offer more flexibility and amenities with less noise and hassle of the strict check in and checkout times.
It was everything we expected . Included everything a person could need like shampoos , body wash , conditioners, towels , tv ( Netflix )etc . It was such a great experience and it was also very spacious. Bathrooms were very beautiful too ! Totally recommend to anyone traveling !
The property, amenities, and location were excellent! Only drawback was the general cleanliness fell flat. There were visible cobwebs in the owners bedroom, both bathrooms, the living room, and the entry way. There was trash under the beds, and a sock that looks like it fell off the loft and landed on top of a wall decoration and was left there. It was dusty and dirty so I think it had been there a while. My son got it down and threw it away because he was grossed out looking at it. The dishes were left in the dishwasher from the previous renters. Not sure if they were clean or dirty so we washed them again. Housekeepers really should put those away to avoid confusion.
