Chalet-style Townhome with Fireplace, Deck, Near Ski Resort, Incline Village

We stayed here with our kids for 5 nights to ski at Mt Rose. It was a 12ish min drive to the ski resort which was great. The location was excellent and was less than 5 min away from anywhere in town. The house itself was very well stocked. We should have taken better inventory before going to the grocery as well really didn’t need much. They stocked us with trash bags, toilet paper, dish detergent pods and even had little shampoos and conditioners. The house was in great shape. My husband and I took the queen bedroom downstairs and gave the kids the loft area where the king size bed and day bed were. They loved it up there. I wished the bed downstairs were as comfortable as the bed upstairs but it was a definite step up from a hotel bed. They had all cooking utensils we needed and all appliances were in excellent working order. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this place in Incline Village. The location is excellent—close to shops and restaurants, yet still residential and quiet. There are plenty of nearby snow play areas, which our kids really enjoyed. The space is cute and worked very well for our family with two kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed; the utensils were new and in great condition. They also provided all the necessary equipment for shoveling snow, which was very helpful. Vacasa was very responsive and quick to address any concerns. For example, they promptly sent someone to fix the lock when it indicated a low battery. A couple of things to note: the stairs do not have rails, so that’s something to be mindful of, especially with kids. Also, parking is about 200–300 feet away from the house and not in a garage attached to the unit. Overall, we had a great experience staying here for a week and would definitely recommend it.
