Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village Championship Golf Course, and the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course are all within a quick drive of the home.

Enjoy morning coffee each day on the balcony while taking in the crisp, alpine air. The beautifully appointed interior has been fully updated with new fixtures and furnishings and features a split-level design. A sunny sitting area and TV room greet you on the ground floor, with two guest rooms and a full bathroom down the hall. A wet bar equipped with a microwave and beverage fridge is also provided on this floor for household convenience.

Upstairs, the brightly-lit main floor living area features an open-concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The kitchen comes fully furnished with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a farmhouse sink and dishwasher for easy cleanup.

This condo was great, nicely remodeled, comfortable furniture, and modern appliances. The only disappointment was the use of the condo complexe’s pool which we didn’t have access to, because the keycard wasn’t updated. We have been renting condos in Incline for 20 or so years and access to the condo’s pool was never a problem. The management or owner should update that keycard.

Well equipped but no grill like listing states. Not very clean upon arrival, we had to clean, vacuum and wash towels and sheets. Inconvenient to not have access to the nearby beach (listing was clear it’s private but people staying at other properties nearby shared their rental came with pass to access the local beaches - would be nice if this property offered same)

The apartment itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable and overall clean. I would recommend staying here. However, there are a few things you should be aware of. We originally booked this location because it said it was only a 10 minute walk to Incline Village Beach, but Vacasa management said they no longer give passes. Also, I read about "following the community pool and barbecue rules," however you needed keys to enter the pool area, which we were not provided. Vacasa management needs to be more clear regarding pool/barbecue/beach access. There was a lot of conflicting information in the policy book in the apartment and the on-line information. Also, we were only provided four sets of towels for six people staying. When I contacted Vacasa, their response was, "only the amount of towels that was left in the home is provided." One of the hand towels actually had a fake eye-lash stuck to it. So, the apartment was very nice, however I was not impressed with the management team.
