To say the management of this property is negligent and inattentive is would be an understatement. I won’t return. I recommend you look elsewhere if you’re headed to KB, Northstar or Tahoe Vista. They’re not even really in Kings Beach. You’ve been warned.
Bad wifi, stains everywhere on tbe blankets, walls are covered in dirt, no body wash, just 3 bottles of conditioner. Only good thing was the heater.
This is literally a room. There are no hangers in the closet, the shower is so dark you can barely make out which is the shampoo or conditioner. I could feel the springs in the mattress. If you're going up to King's Beach to ski or play and just need someplace to sleep, this is fine. If you want anything ore - a socializing space, etc,, this is not the place.
I expected a very basic property. However, the shower had shampoo and body wash bottles that were empty. Also, the electronic lock did not work well. It was very difficult to lock and when I left it would not lock despite trying over 10 times.
Cozy little lace have all you need plus is close to lake shore and other cool places. Also very affordable.
Place and location are great but it’s a little noisy due to traffic being to close to main road.
