Resort and location were excellent
For the premium price charged, we expected cleanliness, adequate kitchen supplies, and properly working amenities. I wouldn’t suggest this rental to others.
We were disappointed in our stay. None of the tvs worked in the family room, master, and upstairs bedroom. The fireplace did not work as well. We notified Vacasa and they sent a great guy out to get the fireplace working, but the coordination and having a repair guy in the unit ate up our time that should have been relaxing. The tv they said was a cable issue with the hotel… but it was never fixed. Spoke with the hotel… said they would look into in. No one ever reached back out during our 3 night stay. There were five forks for a property meant for 12 people. A cookie sheet, but no potholders. I asked if they had pot holders … replied we don’t provide them. Never sent over forks. I hate to seem petty but this was not a cheap rental. My daughter left her expensive coat in the room when we left. I notified Vacasa the next day and they assured me no one had been in the room yet and that a manager would follow up. That was a Tuesday and there was no follow up. I messaged them on Sunday, and they said we checked and the coat was not there. It had to be there. Probably we’ll see it on marketplace or eBay. I would have driven back up to check myself, but I was told a manager was checking on it. Be aware that you just get keys from the front desk. Any issues you have to deal with Vacasa and they have their own cleaners. Honestly the stay was not worth the money. I felt like I was communicating with a bot… most likely was.
We loved the location, view and amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
