It's technically not in Northstar village, but it's just on the other side of the parking lot from it. You can get a shuttle to the village, but it's actually faster to walk up a little hill (might not be an option if there's too much snow)

Perfect location, had a great kitchen & cosy.
We arrived at the unit for our 4pm check in and the entry code did not work. We called Vacasa and waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes while they figured out how to get us in. Then, the heater kept defaulting to 55° and the instructions were for a completely different thermostat. We called Vacasa and they instructed us how to fix it. Unfortunately it did not work, so the first night we had to get up twice to reset the thermostat. There are space heaters, but they did not provide enough heat to be comfortable. Then, the dishwasher didn’t work. Again, I called Vacasa to let them know it sounded like it was starting, but the it would stop and begin beeping. They sent over a maintenance worker while we were out, who apparently did not get all the information and simply came in started the dishwasher and left. He then reported that there was not a problem with the dishwasher. I called back to report the dishwasher had not been fixed and due to the multiple issues, we would be checking out a day early. I requested a refund for the third night. I was told there were no issues with the place - that maintenance reported that everything was fine and that we would not be getting a refund. Talk about gaslighting! If I were the owner of this place, I would find a better rental company.
If not for the sheets, heater, oven and dishwasher issues, 4-5 stars.
