Not a bad place to stay for a ski in and out condo.
My experience with VRBO/VACASA was an exercise in unparalleled incompetence. I had ?’s that I needed answered prior to arrival, so I sent an e-mail to the provided e-mail which was returned as undeliverable. I then called the support # 6 separate times, each time talking with staff/AI who no matter what I asked, read the welcome e-mail that I had been sent. I asked for the # for someone local. They responded by reading the e-mail. At some point I was able to get a correct e-mail and I sent 3 e-mails to this address prior to my arrival; none were replied to. I called the security # provided by VACASA, and after a few calls I got a hold of a person who told me I needed to talk to VACASA. At the time of check-in, I sent another e-mail to info@vacasa.com. (I got a reply, after I checked out 2 days later, saying “I will be more than happy to help.” Is this a joke?) Meanwhile, now checked in, I found a # posted on the literal wall for a local person. So, either the VACASA support were not aware that this person existed, or they knew this person existed and withheld this info. This local person responded to a text on a weekend and enabled me to salvage the end of my stay. But, it is completely unacceptable that it took a dozen attempts to find her. It doesn’t matter how nice or how clean the accommodations are if you have to waste your time like I did. Too little, too late. I give 1 star to this person I found on the wall, and I hope for her sake that she quickly finds another job.
Easy access to slopes and nice walk to village.

Thank you had a great time.
Came in unit with unbearable smell of sweat and urine, checked and found sofa and cushions outgassing. Reached out and waited for more than 3 hours for “local team” to show up and received no contact information and no communication. Very disappointed at the service provided and very astonished by the smell of unit.
