Enjoy the best of alpine living at this cozy, newly remodeled 1BR Northstar hideaway. Boasting a prime location just 50' from the slopes, easily ski home for lunch on the newly developed Coyote Fork run! Highlights include a sleek kitchen, gas fireplace, and contemporary furnishings throughout the stylish interior. Stroll 10 minutes to the village to discover a host of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. EV charges are also available there. In the winter, there is a shuttle service from the village to the community. Use the provided passes to the Northstar Recreation Center and enjoy the pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis and other sports courts, and a playground. Pickleball courts and a work/study lounge were recently added. In the summer, a host of nearby outdoor activities await, including hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Comfortable furnishings set the scene for relaxation in the contemporary living area. At night, light the gas fireplace and settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV. Prepare favorite foods in the pristine kitchen, equipped with sleek stone countertops and a full suite of appliances and helpful gadgets. Gather for fresh meals around the dining table. Before hitting the slopes, enjoy a hearty breakfast at the kitchen bar. Rest peacefully in the bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and complimentary communal laundry facilities. A beautiful alpine scene awaits outside your Coyote Fork rental. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. Located adjacent to the Coyote Fork run, enjoy easy access to the slopes of Northstar Resort. Walk 10 minutes to find dining, shopping, and entertainment options in the Village. Not a bad place to stay for a ski in and out condo.
My experience with VRBO/VACASA was an exercise in unparalleled incompetence. I had ?’s that I needed answered prior to arrival, so I sent an e-mail to the provided e-mail which was returned as undeliverable. I then called the support # 6 separate times, each time talking with staff/AI who no matter what I asked, read the welcome e-mail that I had been sent. I asked for the # for someone local. They responded by reading the e-mail. At some point I was able to get a correct e-mail and I sent 3 e-mails to this address prior to my arrival; none were replied to. I called the security # provided by VACASA, and after a few calls I got a hold of a person who told me I needed to talk to VACASA. At the time of check-in, I sent another e-mail to info@vacasa.com. (I got a reply, after I checked out 2 days later, saying “I will be more than happy to help.” Is this a joke?) Meanwhile, now checked in, I found a # posted on the literal wall for a local person. So, either the VACASA support were not aware that this person existed, or they knew this person existed and withheld this info. This local person responded to a text on a weekend and enabled me to salvage the end of my stay. But, it is completely unacceptable that it took a dozen attempts to find her. It doesn’t matter how nice or how clean the accommodations are if you have to waste your time like I did. Too little, too late. I give 1 star to this person I found on the wall, and I hope for her sake that she quickly finds another job.

Came in unit with unbearable smell of sweat and urine, checked and found sofa and cushions outgassing. Reached out and waited for more than 3 hours for “local team” to show up and received no contact information and no communication. Very disappointed at the service provided and very astonished by the smell of unit.
