3BR Townhome in Northstar - Shuttle to slopes

We recently visited Northstar. While the condo is dated in appliances and cleanliness was questionable the major complaint was the deceptive advertising of the unit manager. This unit claims a shared hot tub as their first amenity in the listing. What they don’t tell you is that the hot tub, sauna, and other amenities come at an additional fee of $12 per guest. Had this been clear to us at time of booking we would have found a property that better suited our needs. We encourage Vacasa to work with the property owners to adjust the listing to a more accurate description.

Great condo close to Northstar village!

Clean home, nice location

This townhouse is a bit old, the decor is a bit weird, but it was perfect for our weekend after a lot of snow dumped on the mountain a weeks ago 🙂❄️ it’s very well equipped and 3 minutes walk to the shuttle stop, which goes directly to the village. Or you can walk uphill for about 15 min through a walking path that was opened despite the snow. We used it to ski back to the townhouse at the end of the day. Terrific WiFi with over 200Mbs down. Unlike some previous renters we had no communication issues. Will come back!

The property is nicely located near the Northstar village. However, its really outdated (bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen etc.). Floor plan is weird with the main room 2 levels away from other rooms. No facilities available and was not properly cleaned or equipped. Not at all the standard that we are used to with staying in Vacasa houses.

Nice clean place. Comfortable. Only supplied 2 towels for downstairs bathroom. Had 4 people sleeping down there. Could have used extra toilet paper too in both bathrooms. But would stay there again.
