The room was clean and functional. The location was AMAZING. Really was 3 min walk to the Gondola. Lots of restaurants in the walkable resort area. There is a Keurig coffeemaker in the room, but I was told we need to bring our own coffeepods. Would be ideal if they provided everything for coffee and tea in the room.
Kitchenette included only one bowl, two spoons, two glasses, three cups. TV did not include major cable news channels. Elevator door stuck and trapped me in the elevator for a minute or two until I pried it open with my hands. Parking was outside the covered garage, approximately 100 yards walk.
Location was great people were nice but finding and planning anything was difficult without a front desk or help desk. The phone number provided was of no help. Asked if they had ev chargers and was told no and the had them everywhere
Had quite a few issues (for instance, I didn’t have WiFi all 5 days and couldn’t get anyone to help) and I fixed some of them on my own
If you're looking for a place where the beds are comfy, the floors are clean, and you don't have to sell a kidney to afford it, Northstar Resort 207 is your spot. This three-star gem delivers exactly what you'd expect—solid accommodations with no fancy bells or whistles. The best part? It's a quick 3-5 minute stroll to the Gondola (closer to 5 if you're clunking around in ski boots and questioning your life choices). Once you're back from shredding, the village has everything you need for a weekend getaway—food, drinks, and enough après-ski vibes to keep you cozy. Sure, the unit isn’t dripping in luxury, but if you want heated floors and a hot tub with a view, be prepared to pay double or triple the price. Personally, we were just happy to be warm, well-rested, and within walking distance of the slopes. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Fancy is overrated when you're here to ski.
The info sent to me did not include the access code. The instructions for the lock that were in the email referred to an electronic lock and deadbolt, neither of which exist at this residence. The lock box is mechanical with silver on silver numbers so is very hard to read in the dimly lit corridor. I needed glasses and a flashlight. After trying the in app message I didn't get a helpful response (They said to check the email text, which I did again and no, it wasn't there) I called and was able to resolve the situation. After gaining entry I searched for the typical guest info book and parking pass. Neither were there, so I had to contact services again, this time I used SMS and got a parking pass delivered within a few hours. 2 stars since the problems got resolved, but for that kind of host fee I really expect more care to be put into preventing problems.
