Before heading out each morning to take advantage of fresh powder, step out to the private balcony with a cup of coffee in hand and watch the hustle and bustle of the mountain right below. Curbing appetites will be a breeze as well with the fully equipped kitchen complete with gorgeous countertops, modern appliances, and breakfast bar seating for reminiscing about the day while cooking. Not to mention, the dining table will be ideal for card games and dinners, while the living area will be the hub for movie nights and kicking back in front of the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa. What's nearby: Perched within walking distance of the lifts, you won't have any trouble spending sunup to sundown on the slopes. Come summer, hiking and biking in the area will also provide plenty of ways to have fun in the great outdoors. Take a break from the mountain and you will find that the village area offers a wide variety of familiar shopping options and local restaurants that will hit the spot after a full day of adventure. If you feel like venturing out a bit more, downtown Truckee is just seven miles north and the blue water of Lake Tahoe is eight miles in the opposite direction. Was there for spring skiing. Easy in and easy out. Short walk to gondola. Place had plenty of space to lounge and everything you need in the kitchen. Awesome view of the live bands from the terrace seating.

We loved the location and amenities; especially being centrally located to lessons/lifts/pools. Appreciated the in room laundry, the well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace and sun-drenched balcony overlooking the village ice rink area. The free underground parking would be a huge plus in wintry weather. The room was spacious and clean and matched the photos. Overall a great family spring break location, even if the "March Miracle" didn't deliver this year.

Hyper unorganized in getting people checked in. It was an absolute S#@$ Show. Office staff cut out 50 min before closing, leaving me outside in the cold for almost an hour in a half trying to figure out who could help. I called many people and no one knew their right hand from their left. Thank goodness for the Hyatt in Northstar Village to assist. This was by far the worst experience with any travel company I've ever had. The least they could have done was refunded at least one nights stay. But no, they didn't offer anything . Absolute worst customer service
