The location is the only good thing about this rental. It’s inside everline resort, but it’s managed independently. We have stayed at Everline in many units over the years but this was the first time where basics like microwave, spa robes were missing. The unit is managed via vacasa which is incredibly strict - for example, the check out time is ridiculously early at 10am and they refuse to grant any extensions even when the unit is vacant. The rest of the hotel has standard check out at 11 and usually easily accepts late checkouts till 12, if not later.
Before you book know that this room is privately managed and is not managed by Everline Resort. That means that there is no daily room cleaning, no extra towels or other in room amenities such as robes available to you. You are able to use the resort amenities (spa, hot tub, gym, etc). Also there was no lotion which is a miss for a mountain resort with dry air. The room itself is fine though older/dated. There is no microwave as advertised. Also because this is the extra bedroom attached to a separate condo unit with the connecting door, we could hear everything happening in the room next door. All in all it was fine, but next time I’ll book directly with Everline.
Everline is a beautiful, luxurious stay. Unfortunately this unit ruined our stay. All night long loud noises came through the pipes. We didn't sleep more than 30 minutes at a time for two days. There's an adjoining room through which we heard every cough, crash, and slam, plus our room was filled with the smell of coffee from them at 5am. We had white noise and headphones; got no sleep and in rerun had no energy to enjoy the stay. The room lacks amenities like robes and microwave that are in every other room. Worst, customer service contracted us at 10pm to say we had to check out at 10am. They refused to accept that the hotel policy, the booking itself, and the front desk told us it was 11am. I found with them for 90 minutes before giving up at 1130 to attempt sleep. Later they texted to say "yeah you can check out at 11." Finally the room products seemed like the came from the dollar store; not luxury resort level or even close. The bathroom light strobed on and off (seriously do not book this if you get migraines or seizures). The resort itself is lovely. It's extremely overpriced (bottle of beer $10) though options abound for dining/cafe plus a great store (the prices are wild). The fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, pools and hot tubs, lobby, and grounds were God tier. I would just absolutely recommend you not visit this unit or use Vacasa unless you're willing to pay $300/night for the worst sleep and most disrespectful treatment if your life.
The location and amenities of this room are epic! The room itself is not as epic. It’s not that the room was “bad”, it just wasn’t great. Everything in the room needs to be updated, from the mattresses, bedding and décor. I should say that I am 57 years old, and I do like, and have experienced the nicer things in life. I imagine a younger crowd may have a different opinion and no complaints at all. That said, the room and bathroom were clean, but the odor of whatever cleaning products they used was overwhelming and although it did get better, it didn’t completely go away the whole two nights we were there. There was plenty of storage including a closet, a dresser, and a small shelf you could store things on, which was great. It was great having the mini fridge and coffee maker, which were also nice and clean. The room also came equipped with two coffee cups, two wine glasses and two water glasses along with paper towels, a sponge, dish towel and dish soap which I appreciated.
It was a beautiful area! The surrounding environment is amazing, and the staff are very friendly.
Really quiet. Would recommend
