This was a comfortable room with terrific views. Loved it!
Worked great for what we needed! Bigger than we anticipated!
Great property. Highly recommend
Wonderful apartment!
We stayed with Vacasa for two nights, and the experience was disappointing from the start. On the first night, there was no comforter in the room, and it was extremely cold. When we reached out for help, we were told nothing could be done until business hours — completely unacceptable for a hospitality service. The next day, management did bring a comforter and promised to waive the cleaning fees to make up for the inconvenience, but we were still charged. To make things worse, while the room was cleaned, the toilet was left clogged. After a full day out skiing, we returned to find the issue unresolved — and once again, were told nothing could be done. Even the next morning, there was no update or ETA on the fix. I ended up catching a cold and fever due to the cold conditions on the first night. Overall, this was a poorly managed experience. I’ve learned my lesson and will book directly with a resort in the future.
We have stayed in more luxurious rooms but none with the view of this one. I would gladly sacrifice all amenities of my previous rooms for the grandeur of staring out at this high mountain valley. The resort has everything you need, no reason to leave the property. We had an wonderful experience.
