Great location and such a fun house. The yard was bigger than expected and it was so nice to have the hot tub. Be aware that there is a good amount of car noise from road in front of the house.
Kitchen was small but nicely appointed! Nice large dining area!
Perfect for our group of friends
I really enjoyed our stay here at this rental. We got to relax and appreciate scenery out in Tahoe. This is something we look forward to every year. I would recommend this play, it was very comfortable for my dogs to get around. Unfortunately, it was very cold during our stay and some of the space heaters didn’t work. The only place where heat was felt was downstairs in the hallway. The location was very convenient and is on a busy road on the way to the market in town. TVs were in every room and the internet was working during our stay. The beds were okay but the one upstairs was very firm. I’d come back for the space and accommodation for my dogs. There wasn’t much snow this year, so maybe it would be a lot more different! Anyways, I’d recommend this place if you bring your own space heater and make sure to have socks or slippers on cuz the floor is super cold!
Its a typical old Tahoe house which is not that concerning, (noisy floorboards and some slant to the floors) its actually cute and cozy. First the positive, the yard is wonderful and the jacuzzi was hot and ready. The kitchen was well equipt and the sheets were clean. The location is great too. Basics met. The negatives, my hobbled Father went to sit on one of the chairs and almost fell hard with one of the legs broken. The Traeger BBQ half worked and then shut off so we had to finish cooking our steaks on the stove. The remote controls for the main living room TV had missing batteries so they didn't work. (took us a sec to figure out why the TV didn't work). There are cobb webs and pretty dark carpet stains. (I also do not think this is unusual for old Tahoe houses - however I am just reporting the truth) Overall just ok.
