Rating
The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed, but all the furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable. The air-conditioning barely worked so it was very hot. Nice resort, but uncomfortable outdated unit.
Just average. Decor was worn, dishwasher and other things were dated. No robes in a resort with hot tubs and spa. Other units have it even if rented not through the resort. No door stops to keep adjoining room doors open, had to use space heaters to keep open.
We loved the pool area with slide and outdoor recreation area with corn hole etc. The staff are so attentive, food was flavorful. We had coffee at the Bearshine cafe each morning. The beds in our room were nice and comfy and noise wasn't an issue for sleeping.
We could not get into our rooms for hours because of the broken locks. Property management company should of taking care of the issue before our arrival with 3 kids. No promised credit was given towards our stay. Not a good experience with Vacasa. Will be avoiding to book with them in the future.
