Modern condo with shared hot tub, fireplace, and walk to lifts - golf nearby

The Pros: The location and space is amazing. The condo has all that you might ever need and more. Its location is incredible and so close to everything! It’s very well decorated and super clean. The Cons: We did not have access to ski lockers which was not a deal breaker but is unfortunate. Vacasa is terrible to deal with. We got to the property and the property management company did not have a booking for us. The check in directions were no longer applicable and we were not notified. We called Vacasa and they did not have any solution until the next morning… again their solution was outdated. Thankfully the lady with the property company knew what had happened. Vacasa did not update the check in procedures. She told us exactly what to do. We then had an issue with our key card locking us out 2 days before check out. The HOA office said the check out days were incorrect. We had not once changed our dates and this trip was booked in February. Would def visit again, but will not book with vacasa again!

Incredible ski apt. Perfect location and even larger and more beautiful than it looked in the photos

Beautiful condo, excellent location, but a couple bothersome interactions that spoiled what I thought would be a 5 star review. First, someone entered our unit around 5pm (not housekeeping, etc) from what was apparently the lockout side of the condo. There was no knocking, no announcing their presence, just a statement that “no one was supposed to be here” and then left without apology. We texted the chat help line who didn’t seem to find anything wrong with the situation and insisted no one was staying in the lockout. No apology or concern from Vacasa or the gentleman who came in. Also, this seems to be a new property for this management company, but the chat helpline needs more information about checkout procedures as well. They had no idea the parking garage was underground and required key card access. I can see the second situation be straightened out easily, but be aware there is a lockout unit attached and CHECK THE LOCK!

Loved the size and location. They have all the amenities you need, covered parking, locker rooms on the first floor for your skis, the closest place to the rink and the ski lift. APartment was well provisioned, clean and comfortable. I have stayed at many places in the village including the Hyatt, this is the best by far.
