Great location with a fantastic layout! Plenty of space upstairs with an open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen. The front deck is spacious and the back deck has a great hot tub. Downstairs has multiple bedrooms and another open play area. Highly recommend! We'd love to return again soon!
Very clean, had everything we needed, quiet neighborhood, plenty of space. Would definitely book this house again!
Our stay at this host's place in Tahoe Vista was wonderful! The location was perfect for exploring the lake, and the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay!
Beds and rooms are large and comfy. Beautiful view of forest and a quiet setting. Deck is wonderful!
The Vista Pines Retreat was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We made several meals at home and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The only downside is that the gas grill can't be used because of the county's fire code (wood deck and proximity to the house). The living room was both comfortable and cozy with a huge flat screen TV and nice sectional couch. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast too. My favorite part about our experience was the home's proximity to the North Tahoe Regional Park, which was less than a 10 minute walk from the house. The park has tennis and pickleball courts, soccer and baseball fields, and a zip line course. We had a great time overall and would love to come back.
Our stay was okay overall, but a few issues made it less enjoyable. Two out of the three TV remotes were missing when we arrived, so we could only use one TV. Vacasa did provide replacements, but only halfway through our stay. The hot tub also stopped working, which was disappointing since it was one of the main features we were looking forward to. On top of that, there were limited towels for the hot tub. Communication throughout the stay felt lacking, and it took longer than expected to get things resolved. The property itself and location were nice, but the experience was just average given these inconveniences. Lesson learned: if the hot tub stops working even if the control panel has power, check the circuit breaker first—it might save some frustration.
