Perfect for the whole family, this classic Northstar retreat boasts rustic vibes while still offering all of the modern conveniences you need to feel right at home. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the tall ceilings, accommodating living area complete with a flatscreen TV, and a full kitchen boasting a gas range, beautiful countertops, and all of the tools needed to whip up tasty meals after a day on the slopes. When everyone returns to home base at the end of each day, the private patio will be just the place to sip an evening cocktail and three spacious bedrooms await for a bit of shut-eye! Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities, payable directly at the Recreation Center upon entry. Sitting just one mile north of the village and lifts at Northstar, this home will be ideal for the skiers of the group to get their fill of fresh powder in no time. A shuttle service is also available from home base, so don't worry about having to find parking. If you want to head into town, the heart of Truckee awaits with eclectic shops, eateries, and cafes just over seven miles north.
