Welcoming Home with Deck & Private Hot Tub - Dogs OK

Love the location

We thoroughly enjoy the hot tub on the deck and the large dining room table big enough for all guests, big meals, and many board games. We did not appreciate the non-working TV or the lack of seating in the family room. The available couches were broken down requiring a pillow under your legs so you didn't fall forward out of the seat. The primary room bed was comfortable but the guest rooms on the lower floor were not. The kitchen was well appointed but if you need mixing bowls, a loaf pan, or a can opener/wine bottle opener bring it yourself. We enjoyed our family time together in this home and with a few adjustments it would be a lovely stay for anyone.

The house has not been kept up and is in poor condition. It was not clean, there are boogers & dead bugs on the bathroom walls, the TV in living room is broken, the kitchen faucet is broken as well as the garbage can. The TVs in the rooms are from the 1980's & don't work. The beds are very uncomfortable with the springs pushing through. The couch is falling apart. Our food stuck to every frying pan we used, because the pans are very, very old and in very poor condition. There are no towels for the hot tub, no extra towels for shower or wash rags. This was a terrible experience. The only positive info that I can share is that the hot tub worked.

The lodge was fine and the area was beautiful, but the front of the house and deck were littered with trash, bottle caps, and beer cans under the snow, which shows the lack of cleaning. That's really the only negative, but otherwise it was a great rental, and I would recommend it.

Overall this home is great for a weekend getaway with family. It has enough space for 8 guests and has a great living/entertainment area to spend time with family. The TV in the main area was a bit confusing to work at first and TV was dark with a purple tint which made it hard to see. The speakers seemed a bit old they made a weird noise when being used. Hot tub was great my family loved it. Kitchen appliances work great. Only down side was that the hot water ran out pretty fast in the mornings which was difficult with 8 people in the house. All in all great experience, would recommend.

This was an awful experience.I would not recommend this rental to anyone. I would rate this home at zero out of ten. You need to do better after charging over $2000. I paid a cleaning fee for what i'm not quite sure the place was very dirty.
