Convenient and well appointed condo in quiet area with lots a beautiful large trees. Sunset on deck was very chill. Comfy hanging area for lounging after hard day on the slopes. On second floor so flight of stairs to enter.

We enjoyed a great proximity to downtown and Palisades Tahoe. The house is well-decorated and well-equipped with great amenities.

Spacious and comfortable. Nice big kitchen and bathrooms. Two parking spots were convenient and close. Note that the hot water runs out pretty fast and the hot tub is like two blocks away. Beds pretty firm too.

What we liked: all the three bedrooms are of decent size, common area very spacious and comfortable, smart TV in the living room for streaming, kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, drip coffee maker, all kinds of plates and bowls etc (even a tea kettle!), walking path to the lake, around 15-min drive to Palisades Alpine or Palisade Tahoe bases. Something to be aware of: the hot tub is inside a building around 4-min walk from the unit, it can hold 4 adults and doesn't have jets and bubbles, just hot water; the hot water in the showers only lasts for 2-3 people continuously and then becomes cold, so that if you have more people in your party, you will need to stagger showering times.
