This single-level home sits one mile north of the Village at Northstar, where you can catch a ride on the Highlands Gondola, the Big Springs Express Gondola, and the Village Express Lift. The Village is also home to several excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, and the pools and hot tubs at the NPOA Recreation Center. Come summertime, you'll have two kayaks and several beach chairs to bring with you to Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe, an easy eight-mile drive southeast. After a day of adventure, return home to be greeted by decks on both sides of the house, creating a wonderful setting for sipping cold drinks, playing cards all afternoon, and dining alfresco with a view of the woods. Inside, the house has the ambience of an alpine lodge, offering a great room with plentiful seating, a cable TV, and a gas fireplace. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and sit down to enjoy them with your loved ones at the dining room table. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom and TV. Please note: Access to the Northstar Recreation Center is available for $10 per person, per day, payable directly at the Recreation Center upon entry.
