We stayed for a weekend with 2 pups and 4 adults. The place is quiet and clean. Has some good amenities like a full set of dryer/washer and a pretty good dishwasher. Some of the pans have some heavy scratching of the non-stick so you may want to bring your own but the kitchen is pretty well stocked which is nice. The hot water never ran out even with 4 people which is rare for Tahoe so that's a big plus. Bathrooms are clean and lots of towels. The only negative I have was that in the 2nd bedroom, the heater vent rattles when it's on. Shifting the dampers didn't really do anything to stop the air from blowing directly at your head so I woke up with a dry throat every morning and it was a bit hard to fall asleep. Maybe rotate the pillow to the end of the bed instead if you're a light sleeper like me. Overall it was a pretty good stay and would come here again.
We had 6 of us staying and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed for bedding, cooking and entertainment (wi-fi, games, streaming TV).
Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent location next to the Northstar resort. The place itself was okay. My biggest complaint would be that both bathrooms are downstairs. A half bath would’ve made a big difference. The A/C unit makes noise which is bothersome if you are a light sleeper. I’m not sure if the rest of the house could hear it but it was pretty noticeable in the master bedroom. In the 2nd room the kids complained that it was really hot in that room when compared to the rest of the house so they tried closing the vents but then ended up being really cold, so it was either sweat or freeze when they were sleeping.
The kitchen redesign was lovely, very well layed out for a galley kitchen. The living area is plentiful and the seating area comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
Great stay for family ski vacation. The property is one of the cleanest we have stayed at in the area... check in/out and booking were easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this property to any family of four!! Also, hats off to the owners for the numerous snow toys in renter's closet. All amenities (HVAC, TV, etc.) easy to use and in perfect working order.
We had a great family stay.
