Venturing into the main drag of South Lake Tahoe will also be a treat with a wide variety of shops and local eateries. And come winter, fresh snow will be calling your name at Heavenly Mountain Resort just under two miles from home base.

COMPLEX AMENITIES Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.

Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
