Overview
Invite your best friend or your significant other to this marvelous, budget-friendly condo near Lake Tahoe! Located on a second floor, forest views and a deliciously refreshing breeze can be enjoyed from your private, furnished balcony. Life at the lodge offers an inviting atmosphere that blends trendiness with rural charm. Step inside after a long car ride and wind down in one of the sofas available as you watch your favorite TV show on the flatscreen TV. If you visit during cold months, the gas fireplace will warm up the entire condo in the blink of an eye. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could need to surprise your guest with delicious and warm meals, steamy cups of coffee, cocoa, or tea, and delicious snacks on the go. If you decide to book this mountain retreat, you'll have unlimited access to Lakeland Village's shared amenities that include two outdoor swimming pools (the pool located at the lodge is open year-round and the pool by the lake is seasonal), hot tub, sauna, a fitness center, and even a BBQ area.
This location is something you won't easily find anywhere–it has a little something for everyone–mountain biking, casinos, golf, hiking, spas, shopping, and, of course, water recreation of all kinds. Casinos and concerts are just over a mile away. The Heavenly Gondola, Adventure Park, shops, and fine dining. Less than two miles away is Heavenly Ski Resort, which offers more than 4,600 skiable acres with runs appropriate for all levels. Another great perk of this resort is that you can find daycare programs and children's ski lessons, so feel free to bring the kids along. Spend your days hiking through the Sierra Nevada Mountains, shredding powder along the slopes of Squaw Valley Ski Resort, getting the bird's-eye view of the lake from the Heavenly Gondola or kayaking in Emerald Bay.
COMPLEX AMENITIES
Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.

Rating
The property was in very poor shape Large chips of Paint on the ceiling in the bathroom fell on my while I was showering The outlet cover/receptacle in the living fell Off when I plugged my cell phone into the outlet. The cover was never screwed in The lamp next to that outlet was broken. The light switch and bulb were broken off at the neck of the lamp There was only coffee for one person for one day out of the three days I was there No sugar, artificial sugar or creamer was offered at all. Overall Minimal amenities for renting a small unit that was over three hundred dollars a night The overall condition of the unit was badly worn and it felt like I was in a cheap run down motel. I would not recommend this rental to anyone that I know.
Excellent location; two heated pools and jacuzzis, sauna, weight room, all the comforts of an alpine home and more on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Would stay there again.
Great location, quiet room.
Room was clean, nice area for girls to get ready, pool, private parking garage, patio access, cute propane fireplace and all appliances in kitchen with dishes, pots, ect.
The hot tub and the parking garage.
Property is in the center of town with easy access. And it is right on the lake. A short walk to the beach or in my case the pool was right there in the building I was in.
