Had a great time during my stay in this lovely place. Needs little upgrading on the kitchen as far as cookware like there’s no lids for any of their pans or pots and the toaster wasn’t working! Other than that, it’s a lovely place that we had a great time!

Tahoe is expensive. I get it, but this was over valued by a bunch. The house was outdated (they tried with some flooring), smelled and lacked basic amenities (coffee?) Cooking was a struggle with the stove top and ancient cookware. There was no air in the place (was hot and muggy) and we like to watch TV at night as we settle down. This was super frustrating to use. I wouldn't stay in this place for sure. I'm not sure how this measures up against other VACASA places; some seem very nice, but this was a dud!

Good location

I've stayed at several LakeLand properties, and unfortunately, this one seems quite outdated. The furnishings and decor seem stuck in the '80s or early '90s, and it’s obvious the homeowners haven’t invested much time or care into modernizing the space for the 2020s. While I understand every homeowners situation is different, for the price being charged, both Vacasa and the homeowner should seriously re-evaluate the unit from top to bottom — from the outdated bathrooms and old silverware to the overall neglected and unkempt feel. If you only needed the unit for the weekend, it's suffice but overall the unit should be charging much less, especially when you consider all the high fees from Vacasa.
