Completely remodeled in 2014, the inviting living spaces include granite counters and bamboo floors. A quiet neighborhood makes this rental ideal for families. A 10-minute drive brings you to Heavenly, Regan Beach, the Stateline casinos, and dining favorites. Situated in a quiet community (no parties allowed), this rental has plenty of parking, a fenced backyard, and a quaint front porch with Adirondack chairs. ABOUT THE CHALET After a fun-filled day of mountain adventures, relax in the welcoming living room. Sink into the comfy sectional with a hot chocolate and watch a movie or you favorite App on the 55-inch TV. The well-equipped kitchen features gleaming granite counters and a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher. A second living space/den can also double as a fourth bedroom, complete with a full-size sofa bed. Kids love to tuck away in this room, outfitted with a 42in flat-screen TV. Double doors lead to a fenced yard with a view of the mountains. Downstairs, the first bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed. A remodeled bath on this level offers a tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. One has a king bed, while the other has a queen bed and a charming twin daybed. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom, which has a glass walk-in shower. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have air-conditioning, although it is rarely needed with Tahoe's mild summer weather. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms also ensure a pleasant breeze. The fireplace is not operational. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

The cabin is clean and very spacious. It's located only 8 minutes from the Heavenly California Lodge. The neighborhood is quite and clean. However, they should improve on the kitchen supply. For example, the coffee machine was broken and the kitchen table wasn't stable. The listing is also advertising two garage spaces but half of the garage is full and only one car can parked inside which was a bummer since it was very cold outside.

My family of five stayed here for a long weekend trip. This home was perfect for us. Very new, clean and stocked with all amenities.(You do need to buy ice and if you’re staying in the summer there is no a/c but they do provide fans, plus we opened the windows which made it very nice) Close to town and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Overall this is a nice place but there are a few minor improvements that could be made mostly having to do with the furniture. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The pots and pans however need to be replaced as the non-stick coating peels off them and chunks of it get into the food. In the living room there are 2 padded sitting chairs with cloth seats. Unfortunately the chairs are so badly stained it's off-putting, even if you know it's 'clean'. The couch is very, very broken in, to the point that you sit and sink down so quickly and deeply you need help getting up/out of it. Upstairs, the master bedroom bed frame squeaks and groans if you look at it, so if you're one that moves a bit while you sleep you should choose another bed. Those are all fixable, and if fixed would make this place a real gem!
