Well decorated / furnished perfect for a trip

The Pros: 1. Large house, quiet neighborhood, nice backyard. 2. Decently cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, and floors. The Cons: 1. We arrived to find dog poop on the upper deck and used poop bags scattered around the deck, same issue a previous VRBO renter mentioned. After repeated calls it took Vacasa 24 hours before someone was available to come out and clean. 2. Upstairs living room fireplace did not operate and has not operated for some time based on the "Not in Use" label over the fireplace contrller. Then rental listing has since been updated to note it's out of service, but this was one of the primary reason we chose to rent this cabin during the winter. 3. Spa water was cloudy and smelled foul and moldy, clearly not being maintened properly. 4. Dining room chairs are filthy, stained, and have no padding. You are sitting on the chair frame so bring extra padding. Exactly as described by a previous renter. Living room chairs are also filthy and falling apart. 5. Master bedroom-left side curtainrod is falling off the wall, fireplace also wound not operate, and no closet available: owners closet and locked. 6. Garage door spring broke during our visit so we could not use the garage, no one could have foreseen this so no fault of Vacasa, just an inconvenience. Vacasa is difficult to get a response from(also noted from previous renters). They did give us a $114 credit for the issues which represents under 4% of what we paid for the vacation rental advertised as "upscale". Hopefull Vacasa and the owners can address the issues so future renters can have a more enjoyable experence.

This was a great sized house for our group. The house and backyard were kid and dog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of our favorite places.

This property was fine and lived up to the promise from its photos with a couple small exceptions. The chairs and the dining room table area were absolutely horrible and felt like they had framing, but no actual platform to sit on because they are either broken or several decades old and completely falling apart. Second, the dishwasher was dysfunctional throughout our stay and we could never get any help from the property management staff to get it to work. The hot tub is quite small compared to most and it is under the deck which had dripping snow melt raining on us the whole time. Finally, the location is really not great because it’s a good 20 to 25 minutes from the ski area.

Loved the cozy cabin vibe and large upper deck. The kitchen was well stocked. 2 separate living areas was nice. I just wish checkout was a little later so we could do a more thorough cleaning and not have to immediately pack and rush out of there.
