This property is a great location for skiers being 1/2 mile from the Heavenly California Lodge parking lot and 3/4 mile to the village. The house was comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We had several guests with children/teens and the loft was a perfect space for them with bunkbeds, foosball table, and pool table. The dining table with a long banquet easily accommodated 8 people. We enjoyed the living room fireplace almost every night of our 3 month stay. We loved the Tahoe Tryol neighborhood and location! The homes are very Swiss Village, the neighbors (renters or full time) were friendly, and you're close to the club house to enjoy the hot tub or sauna after a hard day skiing. It's easy to get to the village for shopping, dining, or fun as well as grocery stores. If you bring a pet just be aware there are coyotes in the area (spotted in the back several times during our stay) so don't let them out unattended If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you due to having a lot of stairs! It's quite the hike up from the driveway to the front door and once inside it's either down to the 2 bedrooms or up to the living space and further up to the loft.
I love the location of the house
Beautiful home, charming neighborhood, close to everything.
The home backed up to the National Forest allowing super convenient hiking. Heavenly Village was only a mile downhill, but of course it was a mile back uphill.
