Yard care and carpet cleaning and fence repair are blatant obvious. I'd quit giving Vacasa their management fee as the owner.
Location and convenience to a Tubing park, gas & groceries. Fun for the entire family.
Staff addressed issues quickly through text communications. Quiet, good location with plenty of room. With no A/C, it was almost too warm to sleep, even with fans placed in use—was early July.
Apart from limited access to the backyard through a room, the soap is great. There is a room with 3 beds, 1 being a bunk. Great for people who don’t mind sharing a room.
Was a good home to vacation at. It can be updated a bit, carpets are pretty stained, one bathroom is really old. Some miner details in the kitchen like the fridge was basically falling apart. Other than that decent size, nice backyard, nice neighborhood. All together good weekend.
This was our first time to Lake Tahoe and where we stayed on Apache Ave in one of the Vacasa rentals was not a great experience. When we first arrived there was a strong odor of smoke and after looking at all the rooms, there was a ton of dust build up when we turned them on a bunch of dust clumps came flying off everywhere. The showers were clean for the most part but tboth bathroom had hair just sitting in the tub. The entertroom was blocked off and had a sign “not for guest use” which showed in the pictures when we were looking to book so that was a huge let down. We only had just the rooms and the living room to enjoy our company with family. Overall Tahoe was beautiful but for spending over $1200 on that rental I would recommend just staying at a hotel and being closer to the shops and casinos.
