The overall stay was great. We had a few hiccups, but there wasn't really anything to be done before we left because the say was very short (2 days). Customer support was very responsive and pleasant to interact with.

We’ve been coming the same weekend to Lakeland Village since 1989 and this unit was one of the better ones, since we have stayed in many different places here. Although no cable TV, the TV was great for viewing the Super Bowl. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. Place was clean and furniture was comfortable enough. Heat not working the second night was a real problem in February and we could not figure out why, since it worked the day before and we did not touch thermostat. Told front desk and they said they would look into it. Overall unit was very good and would use next year

Great location with proximity to Heavenly, Whole Food and the beach. Furnishing in dining room needs some update. Kitchen tools are lacking (no water kettle, measuring cup, wine opener, can opener, etc).

I booked through VRBO, which I’ve done many times. Then I was directed to download a new app, Vacasa. Instructed to fill out a Dropbox document which I did immediately. I continued to get text messages regarding filling out proper paperwork. I had reached out to the company immediately ensuring we had a smooth check-in. With still no response and “thank you” for providing proof of completed documents, I had spent another 3 hours on my drive to the location back and forth with different members trying to figure out these mystery documents I supposedly hadn’t signed. Only to be determined what I completed was in fact what they needed the entire time. During this time they withheld the key code to get into the house. I have two babies under 2. They has been traveling for 12+ hours and needed respite. Upon entry, I was displeased with the cleanliness. The carpet was gross and stained, everywhere. There were wrappers on the floor and leftover hair on the dresser in our room.
