We loved our stay here! It was very clean and the host was very good with communication. It was nice and spacious. The living room was comfortable with a pullout sofa bed. The fireplace was great after all day in the snow. The kitchen was beneficial as we used the microwave quite a bit. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, clean and upscale. The location couldn’t be beat. It was right past the main desk where helpful and cheerful clerks always greeted us. We loved how close we were to the lake and there is a Whole Foods and CVS within walking distance. Can’t wait to stay here again!
Clean.
Loved the decor and updates. Nice location and everything we could ask for.
The unit was clean and well stocked, but the pull out bed is missing springs and is more uncomfortable than normal. It would be 5 stars except for the sofa bed.
The heat didn't work and we had to endure 10Fº nights with a 10 months and a 3 year old because the Maintenance people was either useless or not available. I really like how the spaces are organized and decorated and the choice of hardware and furniture all around. But you could at least offer coffee or tea bags, sugar and salt, maybe oil... Really cute place but not guest oriented. Hospitality non existent.
Place was clean and felt very homely. Cozy spot after a day in the snow
