Overlooking the lake, the luxurious primary bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, granite vanity, and water closet. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the upstairs third bedroom has a full-size bed. There is a guest bath on each floor -- one has a tub/shower combination and one has a walk-in shower. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This property is equipped with air-conditioning. LOCATION Walk down to Lake Tahoe, with gorgeous mountains rising in the distance. You can watch the boats on the water in summer or snow blanketing the lake in winter. Swim and sunbathe at Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach, located directly in front of the house. Lakeview Commons, just 5 blocks away, has an amphitheater with live music on Thursday nights. Bring a picnic dinner! Downtown South Lake Tahoe’s restaurants and shops are just a 3-minute drive.
