Charming Condo with Shared Hot Tub, Pool, Resort Amenities - Close to Ski & Beach

Pros • gets the job done • good amount of space for a big group Cons • Both toilets kept running water in the tank after every flush. We had to take off the tank lid and adjust the stopper for the water EVERY time. • Support from Vacasa was poor. The instructions for the clubhouse and pool were not accurate, we were not able to get a keycard for the hot tub. • Text support was not helpful and kept copy/pasting the same message to me about the clubhouse being open from 1pm - 9pm, even though I went there in person at 7:30-8pm and the office was closed and no person was there. • Beds were very firm, and hurt my shoulders as a side sleeper. • The hot water ran out quickly in the showers. • There was only one sharp knife for cutting food in the kitchen, and it was not that big.

Very disappointing stay. The property did not match the listing — there was no hot water for showers, the house was not clean, and the furnace was extremely noisy, making the stay uncomfortable. These were basic living issues, not minor inconveniences, and we had to leave early and arrange alternative accommodation. We requested a reasonable refund for the unused portion, but it was denied. Unfortunately, this was the worst stay we have experienced. We recommend future guests review past feedback carefully before booking and consider other options.

Good space overall, 4 bedrooms and a loft area. The heater is incredibly loud especially for the 1 bedroom on the floor next to the kitchen. Hot water for the showers was awful, max maybe 2 showers then its cold. Did not have the passes to get into the rec center/hot tub, reached out a few times but got no answers. Some holes in the kitchen and some cosmetic blemishes

The property was well-taken care of, beds were nice and comfortable, kitchen was well maintained as well. The service was exceptional and very responsive to needs.

The location is great, and the place was clean. You can’t go wrong with the price for a 4-bedroom condo that fits 10. I wish I could give it 5 stars; however, there were two major issues. The first one wasn’t really a malfunction, but the noise. The AC/heater worked fine, but it was extremely loud, especially at night. It woke everyone up every time it starts on. The second issue was the water heater. The water will run cold after 2~3 showers, and took at least an hour to heat up again. I contacted customer service, and they offered to send someone, we decided to live with it since we were checking out the next day. Hopefully, they fix the water heater for the next guests. Thank you Vacasa, will definitely use again.

The spacious place
