Take in the fresh air on the furnished balcony, or warm up next to the pellet fireplace inside. Break out the board games for a fun post-lake wind-down. There's another deck-style balcony just off the full kitchen, which features full-size appliances, including a French door fridge, luxurious cabinets, plenty of counter space, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The private gas grill outside can take care of the main course! One bedroom features a desk workspace if you still have some remote work to wrap up. Things to Know This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. WiFi speed will be affected by the number of people in town. When the population is low, WiFi is high-speed. In winter, chains or a 4x4 vehicle will be required, depending on the weather. Please check road conditions in the winter months to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during winter storms. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC.

The property had a great location and amenities, and our kids enjoyed playing with the toys. There was a major plumbing issue when we checked in, but the property manager helped resolve it. I assume it was not a normal occurrence.

A very nice place outside it doesn't seem how nice it is inside it's very clean and has the kitchen with the necessary utensils if I was happy with the place and we'll be back soon

This place was truly amazing. It is very cozy and it has everything one would need: all the living essentials, including very good pots and pans, sharp knives, sheets, towels, blankets, scissors, tape, tools...you name it. The place was also pleasantly clean and the management was responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone, as well as return in the summer.

We loved the house itself, the cleaning staff needs to be taught how to properly deep clean between guests. We had to do a ton of deep cleaning ourselves. With temps in the 90s, consider getting window AC units for summer visitors. I would stay here again but I would insist on a different cleaning company. The house and location itself are perfect. Super convenient to shops, restaurants, Kings Beach only 15 min, Sand Harbor less than 10 min. Decent pool areas in the complex. Plenty of parking. Quiet community, felt safe. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for 6 guests. Loved having 3 nice bathrooms. Vacasa staff was very accommodating and informative.
