The cleaning service was very disappointing. They used water to dilute soap and dishwashing liquid, so we had to buy our own supplies. We reserved the place for 6 people for 3 nights, but they only provided 2 dishwasher pods. At first, we were surprised at how dirty all the dishes were, but now we realize it's because most people probably just rinsed them with water or watery detergent, leaving them unclean. Most small towels had stains, and they didn't bother to bleach or replace them. I would suggest changing the cleaning service provided.

The house needs some TLC... and additional fans for the summer time. While no a/c is common in Tahoe, as the summers get hotter, this owner at minimum should provide additional fans throughout the home...it made sleeping tough given the heat. The fire place was on and we had to call someone to come turn it off (again, making a hot situation even hotter). One of the mattresses needs replacing (sloped), and the home just needs some general maintenance...broken blinds etc.

We booked this home last minute after our other place fell thru. We arrived late and the house was ready for us. The home was easily accessible, super clean, had comfy beds, and everything we needed for our for our stay and more. But the BEST part was the customer service!! We packed up in a rush and left a phone, and an iPad and a watch at the property. I was panicked as we were 2 hours away when we realized what had happened! I was connected to Alyssa (I’m guessing the area contact) and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help up get all our electronics back safely and in a timely manner! She literally saved the day!! With customer service like that, I will forever be looking for properties managed by Vacasa! Thank you Alyssa, you deserve a raise and we are so grateful for your help!

The house was good , the only problem we had was the temperature during the night between the ground floor bedrooms and the first floor bedroom was so different , switching on the heating was very dry air and extremely warm at the first floor . Anyway the cleaning was good and all service is fine .
