Hot tub and pool frozen over, just a head . Little dirty but no big deal. Views were amazing. House is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back.
Clean, cozy home with an incredible view and a convenient location near the market. The only challenge was the stairs leading to the property, which might be difficult for anyone with accessibility needs. Overall, we loved our stay, especially since we mostly planned a staycation.
The location was perfect. The views were stunning. We also could walk to trails from the neighborhood. Felt very private and since there is not a house on the right side - you really were able to appreciate the beauty of the setting. Incline has great restaurants, and many trails close by. The location made this a great stay. The house is large.
It was a great location and the view was amazing. We loved our stay and it was big enough for 2 families to stay comfortably.
I have stayed with my family for about 4-5 weekend summers on Lake Tahoe so far. This was one of the first houses we rented that was further up on a the mountain, and I liked it since it gave us such a beautiful view of the lake very time I looked out the bedrooms and the living room and on my way to my car. The air was so clear and fresh and there was plenty of space to walk my dog, albeit very hilly. I would caution that if you have anyone with mobility issues in your party, be aware that there are steep stairs to and from the parking lot and you must take the stairs every day to get to the kitchen & living room. I also brought my dog with me, and she was very content there. I could put her out on the first floor patio, which was enclosed. The second floor patio was also an option, but I had to block the stairwell so that she couldn't escape. If you bring a dog, you could bring a dog gate to block that entrance off and use that space as enclosed outdoor space. The bedding, couches, and furniture were a little worn, but depending on your tastes, you could say it was just lived in, but not terrible. I've lived in newer places so this felt like everything had been used for at least a decade. Same for the bathrooms, which were starting to be a little simple or out of date except for the master bedroom. But I wouldn't have traded it for the views, which were spectacular, the high ceiling, the spaciousness of the house. There was plenty of gadgets and pots and pans, etc. in the kitchen to eat, and with the proximity to the grocery store (Raley's), this was very convenient and didn't bump into too much traffic. It was also close enough to drive to some scenic spots on Lake Tahoe for daily walks. Overall, I was happy with the combination of location and pricing for this house. Thanks.
The view from the open space living room and kitchen was incredible! The home was spacious, clean and warm.
