This place was perfect, very comfortable, great kitchen space and comfortable beds. I was there with 5 girlfriends for a birthday celebration and we all had the best time. I highly recommend this space
Unfortunatley, we had a poor experience here. We checked in Saturday afternoon and notified Vacasa that the downstairs toilet was clogged. We also notified them that there was a ball of hair in the shower and the upstairs toilet had poo splattered in it. We paid $450 for cleaning and expected the place to be clean when we got there. It was not clean. No reach out from Vacasa local team so checked back in on Sunday. No response so checked back in on Monday. We ended up not hearing from the local team our entire 3 night stay. We went 3 nights with one functional toilet. We still have not heard from anyone. I would not rent from Vacasa again.
Place is not as described. It shows kids friendly but it is not. Their are bugs/insect in house. They do not provide all the utensils which make hard to make kids food. Fridge default temperature was not set correct, which means when we woke up in morning our food was spoiled. Black hairs all over our pillows, beds were awful smell of urine, couches even just to try and relax on were awful. Carpet/Rug on floor were full of dirt. The only good thing was its location to kings beach.
Not super fancy but nice, and a great location and great price. Plenty of room for 8 (could hold more) and a well-stocked kitchen. Small thing: Could use a little more light in the living room. But the place worked perfectly for us.
Very convenient to Diamond Peak
Close to ski areas, comfortable and clean.
