This home has a three-story layout. It does not have central air-conditioning; however, the bunk room has a mini-split unit for cooling as needed.

Local ordinances prohibit outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills. Outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter. This vacation rental is not suitable for parties; fines for over-occupancy will apply.

LOCATION

Stroll 12 minutes to breakfast at The Old Post Office, 17 minutes to CB's Bistro, or 19 minutes to iconic Gar Woods Grill & Pier. Walk 14 minutes to Patton Beach, 18 minutes to Carnelian West Beach, or rent a paddleboard at Waterman's Landing (15 minutes by foot).

All new amenities, including kitchen and bathrooms. Only real negative was that the pillows are super flat and we had to triple up on them just to make it feel like a normal one

All the bedrooms were up to standard and the three bathrooms were superb. The living room and kitchen are nice and spacious with plenty of seating. The outdoor patio is great to eat al fresco with the family. The only thing is that the front door can be finicky and get stuck when opening or closing. Overall great experience!

One of our better Vacasa experience. I would stay here again. It had a great view, good location, newly renovated home, comfortable beds, a huge kitchen and living room area to share. Just some minor quirks which I have already relayed to the property management company and hope it could be addressed for future guests.
