This property is located near Palisades Ski Resort and within a 2 minute walk of Lake Tahoe. Location is perfect! Also, the home is clean, bright, and spacious with plenty of bedrooms. Perfect for a group ski trip or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The location of this house was great in terms of proximity to the lake, north star, and Olympic valley. As for the house itself, we were disappointing a few things. First of all, there is nowhere to store food and the food storage becomes the countertop, which takes up needed space. Secondly, we found the cleaning to be less than ideal with a number of items from previous guests left throughout the house. finally, be well aware, that there is no washer and dryer, which is an inconvenience for multiple nights stays. This is compounded by the fact there is only one dish towel provided and a few washcloths and nowhere to launder them. Also know that the pictures in the showing a bunkbed are in accurate, there is no bunkbed in that room.

House is very nice and quiet neighborhood. Updated kitchen and has a lot of utensils and seasonings. However, the photo is not matching. So glad we only 6 people instead of 8 because there is no bunk bed. Can’t use the garage. There is no washer/dryer. House is cleaning but they should change the mattress. It’s too old and can’t sleep well. Sent out messages but didn’t get any replies during the stay.
