Very clean, convenient, and spacious.
Everything was fine , I recommend this condo , the location is perfect , it is close to the lake , I can't wait to go in winter , I would like to come back here , highly recommend
We enjoyed our stay in the Lake Tahoe area, although our experience staying in this unit can be described as adequate. Pros: The unit is pet friendly and was clean when we arrived. The walkways were clear of snow and very accessible. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, cookware, and having a dishwasher was a nice plus. The residential area is quiet and the lake was within walking distance. Cons: A number of features in the house were broken or did not work as they should. The shower door upstairs falls off the hinges, the blow dryer does not work and is hazardous, the kitchen stove has multiple broken burners, the TV does not work or connect to the internet, and the kitchen chairs felt like they would break underneath us. Be sure to bring your own cooking supplies, coffee, and cleaning supplies because the actual kitchen is scarcely stocked. The listing also advertises two parking spaces available, but the office staff assured us only one vehicle was permitted in the parking premises. Access to the facility's hot tub was nice, but very restrictive. Guests, although they paid for hot tub access, are only permitted during strict times (up to 8pm) and will be kicked out by office staff after only 30 minutes. The price for this stay was competitive, although overall I am disappointed in the lack of access to features that were advertised in the listing.
Unit was clean, nice and cozy. Good price for the location. Customer service very helpful during our stay. Highly recommend
The place was nice but definitely not flawless. A couple problems I'd like to point out: First and most importantly I would highly recommend, for safety reasons, no one stay here with children smaller than 4, it is definitely not baby proof. Secondly the kitchen is a bit shabby. In particular, the cupboards/cabinets seem old and dingy. We also had some small appliances that weren't working properly, though the company running the rental was eventually able to provide us with replacement appliances. Lastly, the place seemed clean, but some of the white towels did have stains on them, and though I'm sure they were washed thoroughly, maybe should have been better off being replaced. Other than that, the location is fantastic, and we had a wonderful time.
