The location of the rental was great and very convenient. However, there were several maintenance issues that affected our overall stay. The biggest concern was the air conditioning. The first floor stayed comfortably cool, but the temperature became noticeably warmer on each upper floor. By the third floor, it felt as though there was little to no AC, making the room extremely hot even at night and difficult to sleep comfortably. In addition, several items in the house were not functioning properly. The ceiling fan and some portable fans did not work, the shower head in the ensuite bathroom kept falling down, the toilet flush was inconsistent and would sometimes not work properly, and some of the blinds and lights were functional while others were broken or difficult to use. The home has a great location and a lot of potential, but addressing these maintenance issues would significantly improve the guest experience and make the stay much more comfortable.

We loved the house, clean, spacious and amazing lake/Mountain views! Would stay again with no hesitation.

Great location, Great views

We loved our stay at this stunning property! The house easily accommodated 6 people, no beds shared with room for more. While at home the lake views were stunning and we had more than enough room for our large group. The patio and hammock were stunning and downstairs "game room" with pool and ping pong was great for entertaining. There are multiple ski resorts within an hour drive, and Incline Village is a perfect lowkey town. We were extremely satisfied with the kitchen setup and were able to cook multiple meals serving 6+. We loved our stay and will be back!

The spacious rooms, just outside needed more cleanin on the furniture but other then that it wasn't a bad home.

The property outside was strewn with trash. The kitchen had no knives and very little in the way of usable pots & pans, but the worst was very few glasses other than wine glasses. We don't drink wine. But, the washing machine was not working. We called and emailed Vacasa about 4 times starting Saturday evening and didn't hear back from anyone until 4PM on Monday. There has been no offer of credit or discount or anything. The property hasn't been painted in probably 2 decades. Peeling paint everywhere. Light switches are in random places and many lights dim but don't turn all the way off such as in the master bedroom. Just another Vacasa dissapointment.
