Sunriver Resort home with 8 SHARC passes, fireplace, balcony, W&D

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this location. The good things about this house were one, location on a quiet street, two, a children’s room with games and toys, three, a well equipped kitchen, four, a light and airy upstairs living space, five, a location within walking distance of the SHARC pool(twenty minutes), six, three bicycles and helmets, seven, a clean and functional house. The only criticism I have is that this house might be difficult for people with mobility issues. There are stairs one needs to use to enter the house as well as stairs between the living space and the bedrooms. There were five of us staying in the house, four adults and one child,, in the space worked well for us.

The house was exactly as represented. We had a great time!

Our family has gone to SR for 7 years and this is our least favorite home. Nothing outwardly wrong and we still had a good time, but this house is like the “Quality Inn” of Sunriver rentals. Upon our late arrival, we grabbed some hot dogs to grill up quick. Found a small camping grill in the garage that was absolutely caked in grease. No propane either. Then other weird stuff everywhere. Listing says hot tub, no hot tub. Cable cords running everywhere, our kids are older, but younger kids would rip and trip on these. Washer and Dryer had mold and smelled like mold to the point it was unusable. The floor in the shower is straight rock and was the most uncomfortable shower I had been it. The master room with attached bath has a queen bed, but guest room with shared bath has the king. 2 of the 3 bikes are unusable. Kitchen cooking equipment was lacking and the nonstick pans were heavily scratched up. The good: it’s in a quiet area within walking distance of Fort Rock. It also seems new. If you get this house at a serious discount, it might be worth it, otherwise, there are much better homes available.
