House served its purpose for me and my friends mountain trip! The house definitely shows its wear and tear. House was not properly cleaned, under the beds were filled with trash/dust, a kettle of dirty water was left on stove, a lot of windows were missing blinds, TV in room didn’t work. It just seems like nobody has stayed in awhile or that it’s rarely used. We also had no contact info for the hosts to report anything. Other than that the house did what we needed, we had no issues with neighborhood or neighbors. Nice and quiet.
The house was lovely, it was just what we needed. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, but otherwise it was great!
This is a charming rustic home with wide open spaces, and an artisan flare in its homemade decor. It is tucked nicely into the canopy of trees with the inviting sound of the creek running un the background. It made for a wonderful place to have a family thanksgiving, as it has 2 ovens and a nice sized dining table for both eating and playing games. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Quiet and peaceful with the sound of a stream outside.
The location is wonderful. I feel that the cleaning crew could have done a better job, and there could be more comforts (like throw blankets for lounging on the couch). I suggest bringing your own if you stay here.
Comfortable well equipped kitchen. Jacuzzi tub was incredible. Had more space than needed. Views were so beautiful. It was nice outside and so loud but as soon as you went inside you could not hear it. We were off grid bit that was irritating at first but after a bit it was really nice being unplugged.
